This is the second cosmic rhythm of our planet.
Just as the Synodic Earth frequency influences the body, the Earth frequency influences the soul.

In India, this tone corresponds to the note of the sitar and tambura music and is called “Sadja”, which means “Father of the others.”

It can be placed over the 5th thoracic vertebra.
In therapeutic work, this tone is mainly used for sedation, stress reduction, and the treatment of muscle spasms and headaches.
